Detectives investigating a linked series of four rapes in Hounslow and Richmond have set up a single dedicated incident room and are appealing for information from the public.

  • First incident occurred at approximately 3 am on Saturday 14 February when walking along Inwood Road Hounslow.
  • Second incident happened at 0330 hrs on 22 February in Hounslow at the junction of Brainton Avenue.
  • Third incident happened at approximately 2345 hrs on Thurs 30 April when walking into Crane Park from Hospital Road.
  • Fourth incident happened shortly after midnight on Monday 4 May along the footpath between Telford Road and Harvey Road.

DI Andy Perrott from the Mets Homicide and Serious Crime Command said: "I would like to speak to anybody who may have been in the vicinity of these attacks and saw or heard anything suspicious The suspect in all four offences is described as having a dark complexion, In his mid 20s with chubby cheeks and thick eyebrows. One victim described his hair as dark. 2 victims described the suspect as wearing a sweet-smelling aftershave.
