Police are appealing for information following a burglary at a newsagents in which £3,000 of Transport for London bus passes were stolen.

The burglary occurred at the premises on London Rd, Isleworth, Middlesex, on Monday 04/12/06 between 13.40 and 13.50 hours.

It is believed the passes were taken from behind the counter while a member of staff was in another area of the shop.

Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area that afternoon or has been approached by someone selling bus passes should contact T/DC Anil Ramday of Hounslow crime squad on 0208 247 5940 or to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
