The New Inn pub on New Road has submitted an application to Hounslow Council’s licensing department for extended operating hours.

They have applied to open on Friday and Saturday until 2am and Sunday to Thursday until midnight. In addition they have asked for permission to extend the retail sale of alcohol on and off premises to 1.30am on Friday and Saturdays i.e. the following day and 11.30pm on other days. Permission is also sought to stay open all night on New Year’s Eve.

The applicant has commissioned a firm of licensing agents who have conducted pre-application meeting with Hounslow Police and the council’s noise pollution department. Documents submitted with the application state that neither of these authorities had any objection to the proposal to vary the licence.

The premises has a bar serving a range of traditional and specialised beers, lagers and wines with a separate restaurant area at the rear. There is also an external garden and a covered area for smokers.

The last date for representations is 15 July 2019. If you wish to comment on these applications: visit the council’s object to licence application page. The application will be heard on 20th August.
