Visitors to Griffin Park may be shocked by what they see if visiting the home of the Bees within the next few days as the ground has been taken over by a ficticious team in a new TV series.

After the sucess of the 2001 film 'Mike Bassett : England Manager' the makers have decided to dedicate a series of shows to the calamatous football manager. Brentford's ground is currently being changed into the home of Wirral FC who is the club side playing host to the character played by Ricky Tomlinson in the hit movie.

Filming will continue throughout this week and began last week with some shots taken during the Huddersfield game. So to accomodate the series GP has been transformed into the home of a different football club for a while
