A man has appeared at Feltham Magistrates Court charged with subjecting a Griffin Park steward
to obscene racial abuse.

The incident took place during the recent FA Cup match between Brentford FC and Hartlepool. With only 15 minutes of the match gone stewards at the match
ejected Jeffrey Dickson from the ground at the Brook Road turnstiles for allegedly making racist chants.

According to eye-witnesses he then continued to be abusive particularly towards the senior steward who was black.

Dickson is aged 33 and is from Hartlepool.
