Brentford's small but burgeoning dining scene has a new entrant on the High Street.

D.A.D.S Caribbean Cafe has opened opposite Barclay's Bank, selling Island food from lunchtime until late in the evening, either in the cafe of for take-away.

Typical dishes include Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken, Saltfish and Plantain. There is also tamer food in the form of sandwiches.

The appearance of Dads means that Brentford now has two Caribbean restaurants. Glistening Waters opened in Ferry Quays in late 2003.
