Police have issued an appeal in an attempt to catch two men who were involved in a distraction burglary. The incident took place in Brentford on Tuesday 7th March at 7pm. The victim was a 47 year old lady who is disabled and has a wheelchair.

Two suspects knocked on her door, informing her that they needed to check her electrics. As the victim had recently had some building work done she thought they were part of the team. One suspect kept her talking whilst the other searched her home and stole property taking cash and jewellery .

The first suspect was a white male about 40 years, 6’00”, light ginger hair, wearing dark clothing and was wearing white cotton gloves. The second suspect was a white male, about 20 years, 5’08”, short black hair, dark clothing and was also wearing white cotton gloves.
