You are invited to attend a public event organised by GPs in Hounslow to talk how health services in the borough can be improved for all.

‘Working towards a Healthier Hounslow’ will take place on Tuesday 10 th July 4 – 7pm at The Conference Centre (Civic Centre), Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN.

Come along and find out about:

·          Proposals to provide more community based healthcare services in Hounslow

·          The potential changes to West Middlesex Hospital

·          Talk to Hounslow’s GP leadership team and people from organisations that provide care to Hounslow residents

·          Give your views about how healthcare can be improved in Hounslow

Feel free to drop in anytime between 4 and 7pm. This will be an informal drop-in session.

Light refreshments will be available.
