London estate agents celebrate launch of eighth branch in the capital with weekend of festivities (Ad)

Fast growing London estate agency, JOHNS&CO, which was established in 2013 by owner and founder John Morley, celebrated its expansion across the capital this weekend with a street party at its new Brentford, West London, branch.

Guests were treated to an array of festivities including music and delicious food and drink served by local eatery Verdict as well as beer from local microbrewery, Weird Beard. Face painting was also on offer for the youngsters and guests were able to participate in a raffle and be in with a chance of winning a hamper of goodies.

The opening represents JOHNS&CO’s 8th office in London following the opening of new headquarters in Royal Wharf last year. Located in the heart of Brentford, the new office will enable the team to tap into the local homes market in this part of West London and is in line with JOHNS&CO’s ongoing commitment to broaden its scope beyond its traditional East London and Canary Wharf roots, where it continues to dominate the market.

Clynton Nel, Residential Director at JOHNS&CO, said: “We opened the doors to our Brentford branch during lockdown and whilst it has been a busy summer for the office, with several new instructions already, we wanted to do something a bit special to mark our eighth office opening. It was also a great to meet members of the local community in Brentford and understand their property requirements better.”

As part of the office launch, a further eight staff have been hired. These include three in Lettings, three in Sales, a Property Manager and an Assistant. The Brentford office is being led by Jon Johnson, Senior Sales Manager and Assistant Lettings Manager, Faid Al Jashamie. The branch is overseen by Head of Lettings, Boutaina Cansick and Sales Director Chris Osmond.
