Book Now for a glorious glittery evening on Thursday 25th November
For the past two years the Residents of Brentford have been able to enjoy the Christmas lights in the High Street. The Brentford Christmas Lights Appeal 2010 is again seeking to raise the £3,500 required to cover the cost of the illuminations. The lights make an enormous difference to the High Street and really help to invoke the spirit of Christmas. Last year the fund raising gala was held at the Great Conservatory in Syon Park (see the photos), by kind permission of the Duke of Northumberland and a terrific time was had by all. The Appeal Committee is delighted to announce that The Holiday Inn, Brentford’s leading hotel with its beautiful position overlooking Brentford Lock, have kindly agreed to allow us to use their stunning function room for our Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner. This year promises to be very exciting, with a drinks reception sponsored by Siracusa, a three course dinner, a fabulous raffle prize and a short auction, followed by live music and dancing. Tickets are £45 per person and include a drinks reception, four bottles of wine per table of 10 and a three course set meal. Tables of 10 are available at a cost of £450. Tickets are available in person from Quilliam Property Services in Brentford High Street or alternatively reservations can be made via email at BrentfordLights@gmail.com. You can also download and post the completed booking form to Quilliam Property Services, 206 High Street, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 8AH The organisers said "We greatly value the tremendous support that has been shown by businesses and residents alike and very much hope that you will be able to join us for what we are sure will be a fun evening and a perfect night out in the run up to Christmas".
