The Syon Ward Safer Neighbourhoods Team is inviting local residents to a meet them at a special launch event. It is taking place on Friday 13th October at the Green School, Busch Corner at 7pm.

The team comprises Sgt Bev Green, PC Waqas Kiani, PC Mark Hughes, PCSO Daniel Haydon, PCSO Craig Boosey and PCSO Pammi Bassi.

As well as the SNT Team there will be present the Brentford Sector Inspector, Lindsey Hannigan, the Community Safety Projects Officer, John Collis and Meet your Neighbourhood Watch Support Worker, Eric Perkins. Crime Prevention Officer Tony Phillips will be on hand with some tips about personal safety and Schools Officer Phil Beal will also attend.

There will be a chance to watch the Metropolitan Police Presentation on Safer Neighbourhood Teams in London. The results of the questionnaire that residents of Syon Ward completed and returned will also be revealed and there will be a question and answer session.
