River Thames Voted Worst River In The Country

Due to pollution from roads and agriculture, fish movement blockages and sewage

Is your local river teeming with wildlife or choking with pollution? Is it a place for quiet contemplation, or toxic contamination? These are just some of the questions environmental organisation Our Rivers asked. The results of their survey showed that, out of all the rivers in the country, The Thames proved the worst.
