July saw a further moderate recovery in the level of activity in the Brentford property market with 20 properties sold during the month. Flat developments on Clayponds Lane such as Beecham House and Firestone House made up a quarter of those sold. The average price achieved during July was £250,154 which is slightly down on the level seen at the end of the last quarter. The average property in London during July was £306,963 up by 1.6% over the previous month. This is the second month in a row that prices have risen.
