Policing Update for Winter

Brentford Safer Neighbourhood Team is working hard with the local community to keep residents safe. Burglary prevention remains a key priority for the Ward.

We have currently increased our high visibility patrols in the area to ensure potential Burglars have no opportunity to ruin your Christmas. Please remember to lock all doors and windows when you leave home. Make sure your side gate is secure and any sheds/garages have adequate security installed.

The Team are continuing to work with Hounslow Homes and the local community to ensure that Anti Social Behaviour is reduced across the ward. We are currently running our “Autumn Nights” patrols, patrolling areas that regularly suffer from anti social behaviour.

We are always looking to meet as many residents as possible, to hear your experiences of living and working in Hounslow. Please feel free to stop any one of us for a chat if there are any issues you wish to raise. Alternatively, come along to our “street surgery/Briefing” that will be held on 22nd October 2012 at 17:00 hours Brentford Library Boston Manor Road Brentford.

The festive season is a time for celebration; please remember to take the necessary precautions to protect you and your family from harm. Pre-book mini cabs to avoid being put at risk by unlicensed and uninsured drivers and remember that just one drink can be enough to put you over the drink drive limit.
