Syon and Brentford Safer Neighbourhood Teams are continuing to work closely with agency partners to deliver a quality service to the local community.

Burglary remains at the top of ward priorities. SNT have delivered Burglary Prevention leaflets to every house/flat on Linkfield Road in Isleworth containing extensive advice on how to prevent or reduce the chance of being a victim of a burglary and they have also increased high visibility patrol in the area.

SNT have also held a surgery at the local hospital in partnership with the Community Safety Coordinator from Hounslow Council to offer advice and leaflets to members of the public, staff and patients to keep safe during the holiday season. They have also provided advice in regard to drink driving.

SNT have executed several drug warrants at different addresses in the area.  Arrests have been made at a cannabis factory and at another address where a large amount of class A drugs was recovered.

In regard to operation CUBO Syon & Brentford SNT, working together with Chiswick deployment team and Isleworth & Osterley SNT, have taken part in a joint operation to stop and check vehicles and drivers for licence and insurance offences. Several vehicles have been seized.

Syon and Brentford Safer Neighbourhood Team also joined Chiswick deployment team to deliver crime prevention leaflets in regards to motor vehicle crime in all the crime hot spots in the Chiswick and Brentford area.

Syon and Brentford Safer Neighbourhood Teams are working for, and with the local community, and we are always happy to listen to any comments or concerns from our local residents and with your support will continue to work hard to make our local area a safer place.
