Landmark Brentford building changes hands for almost £30 million

Resolution Property has bought the Vantage London buildilng on the A4 from Columbia Threadneedle.

The12-storey landmark Brentford office building, sited between the A4 and Gunnersbury Park changed hands for just under £30 million.

Tenants include Agfa Films, Metropolis International and Cineworld.

Vantage London underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2016.

Oliver Jackson, head of UK investment at Resolution Property, said: “Brentford East is quickly emerging as a vibrant business and residential quarter, as the area’s regeneration is turbocharged by the construction of Brentford Football Club’s new stadium and an additional 1,000 associated homes for the area.
