Former Sky Offices Are Being Converted into Flats

IconBlu are already inviting people to register their interest in the conversion of New Horizons Court into flats.

The buildings on the corner of Harlequin Avenue were formerly occupied by the broadcasting company Sky who continue to be based nearby.

Plans were approved by Hounslow Council to convert the offices into 271 new flats under prior approval being given to the conversion of office buildings into residential units and therefore would not require planning permission.

The properties are studios to two bed apartments with underground parking, concierge, security and gym.
