Greater London National Park City

National Park City is an initiative to make Greater London the world's first National Park City, making London a National Park just as the Lake District is.

The National Park Authorities ensure that our National Parks are valued, enjoyed and protected by working partner organisations, residents and visitors. In England and Wales the Authorities act to: conserve and enhance natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage; promote the understanding and enjoyment of the special qualities of the National Park by the public. They also have a duty to seek to foster the economic and social well-being of local communities.

West London
West London wards that have signed up

With 181 wards having signed up to this campaign, 42% of London wards have joined in. Brentford ward signed up back in September but other local wards are yet to commit.

You can declare your personal support or email your councillors to suggest their ward signs up. Organisations can also declare their support. Visit National Park City for more information.

If you're a local organisation who has signed up, let us know and we'll print your commitment.
