"Move into Wellbeing" is a local charity, based in Chiswick, that offers dance and movement-based classes to those living with Parkinson's Disease and other mobility restrictions.

Classes consist of a series of fun exercises to music with an emphasis on different muscle groups, co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength and use of voice.   All exercises can be performed seated and no previous experience of dance is necessary.

Monday Classes are being offered in Brentford at the Danehurst Activity and Resource Centre, Brent Lea, TW8 8HX, 1.15-2.15pm between 14 Jan - 24 June 2019 (No classes on 11 Feb and 27 May). These are free for Hounslow borough residents with a suggested fee of £5 per class for others.

Thursday morning classes are available in Isleworth at Greenham House, 55 Stanborough Road, TW3 1YF, 10-11am, 17 Jan - 7 Feb.
