Smell Warning From Mogden

Work over the next week may cause smells

As part of the work to improve Mogden Sewage Treatment Works, the contractors Black & Veatch will be demolishing one of the concrete tanks located in the north-west corner of the site.

Before this work can take place, the tanks need to be cleared of grit. This work is expected to start on Thursday 4 August, and to last around eight days.

There is a chance that you may notice a slight increase in odour during this period.  Thames Water apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
