The new Hounslow Patient and Carer Panel would like to hear from you

Hounslow Patient and Carer Panel is recruiting.

We are establishing our group and are looking for people to join us –  

• Do you live in Hounslow and registered with a Hounslow GP?
• Do you have an interest in health care?
• Do you have ideas on how to improve and/or change healthcare services in your local area?

If you answered yes to the above, then we would like to hear from you.

We are holding two induction days on Wednesdays 19th February and 19th March 2014.

You will need to be available to attend both sessions which will give you an introduction to commissioning and the new NHS as well as your role as a panel member.

Following the induction sessions, we will meet approximately every six weeks from April 2014.
