Strengthening our community networks and fundraising for the Brentford Christmas Lights

To be held in the Garden Room Marquee at Syon Park Tuesday 18 June 2013 from 7pm. Carriages at midnight.

For many years Brentford High Street Steering Group – Brentford’s ‘Town Team’ and a registered charity – has held some very successful gala dinners, which have provided fantastic networking opportunities and also raised funds for the Brentford Christmas Lights. We can now announce the next exciting event and a change from our usual winter evening.

After searching for somewhere both special and large enough, we were delighted when the Garden Room in the grounds of Syon House offered to support the charity with reduced charges for hosting. The fabulous marquee can hold up to 300+ people. The evening will include:

• Pimms and canapés reception
• Three course dinner, including a third bottle of wine per person
• Music and dancing until midnight
• Pledge auction
• Black tie dress code or fabulous

Attached is a Booking Form (.doc) for individual tickets and for tables of ten. Should you wish to book more than one table please use a separate form for each table. Please note this event is VAT exempt. If your company would like to become an event sponsor please get in touch with Julia to discuss opportunities.
