Bonnington Investments and Developments has sold Gillette’s former headquarters at Gillette Corner in Brentford to Gillette Corner Holdings Limited for £23.05m.

The buyer, Gillette Corner Holdings (a brand new company)has plans for a £150m mixed-use redevelopment. The redevelopment plans involve a 927,000 sq ft office-led scheme.

The 10.4 acre (4.2ha) site includes the listed frontage building comprising circa 500,000 sq ft, and has a planning permission in place for redevelopment to provide circa 927,000 sq ft (86,118 sq m) of mixed use space.

Gillette Corner is the former European headquarters of Gillette.

The site was vacated in 2006 and since then has been in the ownership of Bonnington Investments and Developments Ltd.

Strettons acted for Gillette Corner Holdings Limited and Savills and Mason Owen Lyons acted for the vendor.
