Romance will be in the air, with members of Brentford's Bridge Church giving away chocolates and Valentine cards.

Organisers are hoping that the market can become a fixture in local life, perhaps even taking place every week. "Support so far has been incredible" a market organiser told us. "We hope that people can continue spreading the word so that everyone knows about the fabulous food available on their doorstep".

For families with young children, help is at hand just down the road at the Free Church hall, where a crèche will be in operation, enabling adults to concentrate on the important business of shopping.

The market will be at its usual location, in the grounds of the Brentford Health Centre on Boston Manor Road. The market runs from 9am to 1pm.
