North Brentford Quarter Plans Announced

24 storey residential tower forms cornerstone of new development

Barratt Homes have submitted their planning application for the former Beecham's site on the Great West Road.

Full details will be available at consultation meetings to be held on the 23rd and 24th April.

However www.brentfordTW8.com has learnt that the site will include a 24 storey residential tower on the corner of Ealing Road, on the site of the derelict Westgate House.

Wallis House, the 1930s listed building, will be fully refurbished and act as the centrepiece of the development.

According to Barrratt Homes, there was widespread support amongst local residents for the scheme, with many people expressing preference for a 'town square' type development.
