The Museum of London (MOL) is recruiting for a small team of local volunteers from the Borough of Hounslow for an exciting five week community archaeology project (week beginning 18th June, ending week beginning 16th July).

Based in Brentford, volunteers will attend one day per week, working with Museum of London staff in repackaging archaeology excavated from the local area. The project will allow volunteers to learn about and handle real archaeological collections, work in a team and develop transferable skills.

Volunteers will also learn public presentation skills and assist MOL staff in running an archaeology open-day at Gunnersbury Museum on Sunday 22nd July.
