Brentford School for Girls Show Their Talent

Art exhibition at Riverside Gallery over winter

Distorted Vision

‘Distorted Vision’ is an exhibition of selected GCSE and A-level work from Brentford School for Girls

The theme of 'Distorted Vision' underpins the exhibition.  Students use a range of media to explore colour relationships in their work and in many of the pieces the rich, sumptuous colour of red is juxtaposed with the deep darkness of the colour black. Behind this process is an exploration of issues such as identity and expression.

This eclectic mix of work was selected from the annual school exhibition and represents a cross section of diversity and talent exhibited by students studying art, photography and textiles both at GCSE and A-level  at Brentford School for Girls.

From Friday 14th November 2014 to Tuesday 13th January, open 12 noon to 9pm daily.

Private view on Thursday 4th December from 5:30-8pm
