Essential Living is holding a public consultation event for residents on the initial proposals for the redevelopment of the Morrisons site on Brentford High Street.

Essential Living is planning to bring forward a retail and residential scheme on the site, and the event will provide an opportunity for you to tell them about your priorities for the High Street and your feedback on early ideas.

The consultation is being held on Wednesday 20th July, between 3pm and 7.30pm at Waterfront 4, Holiday Inn Brentford Lock, Commerce Rd, Brentford, London, TW8 8GA.

The site was purchased by Essential Living in September 2015 who fully recognise the important role played by the supermarket locally. Essential Living is a developer and operator of private rental homes in the UK who are committed to creating positive, vibrant developments that set the standard for the private rental sector.

Essential Living are at the early stages of developing proposals for the site and this is the first of the planned public consultation events. There will be a second public consultation event in the autumn in advance of submitting a planning application at the end of the year. You will be invited to attend the second consultation so that you can see how their plans have developed and provide further feedback on the proposals.

Representatives from Essential Living and the project team will be on hand throughout the event to provide further information, collect your views and answer any questions you may have. Essential Living is committed to working closely with residents and we very much hope that you will be able to attend the consultation event and let us know your views.

In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact Leonie Blakeway at Connect Communications via leonie@connectpa.co.uk or 020 7592 9592.
