A new group aimed at connecting people across South-West London who have diabetes has been set up.

The group aims to provide support people with diabetes who live in the boroughs of Kingston, Richmond, and Hounslow.

Ruth Szotten, Volunteer Development Manager for Diabetes UK, said:  “Diabetes can be a difficult condition to manage and we have found that people with diabetes can learn from each other. We want to help people find a balance between living their lives and and keeping in good health.”

The first meeting of the new group will take place on Wednesday 30th September from 7.00pm at St Bridget’s Church, 112 Twickenham Road, Isleworth TW7 6DL.
