Air Quality Brentford and Orchard Road Residents need your help for a planting project beside Brentford Station this Sunday 3 Dec.

AQB have successfully applied for over 1000 free spring bulbs from the Metropolitan Public Gardens Association. Bulbs for London is an MPGA initiative in collaborations with Taylors Bulbs of Holbeach who provide and distribute the bulbs. In 2016 they went out to 100 gardens and sites across London.

The spring bulbs are currently on their way to Brentford and will need planting on arrival.

So please venture down to Orchard Road on Sunday 3rd December from 1.30pm and help plant a small tree with Christmas lights (on a six hour timer) as well as the bulbs, to go on the slope and in containers.

Do bring gloves and gardening tools.

The newly refurbished King's Arms will be open for refreshments.

Air Quality Brentford (AQB) is a voluntary group of local Brentford residents helping to improve air quality and can be found on Facebook, Twitter @agreenerlondon or via email airqualitybrentford @hotmail.com
