Police and family are becoming increasingly concerned for a missing 69 year old man.

Herbert Phillips, 69, was reported missing from his home in Willingham Way, Kingston on Sunday at 16.00.

He is described as medium build, five feet five inches tall, mixed race with long grey hair.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, light blue t-shirt with a suit
jacket which is checked black and grey. He is also thought to be wearing female footwear.

Herbert may appear disorientated as he suffers from Dementia.

He is not wearing clothing to protect him from the cold weather and has no money.

Possible sightings of him have been reported on Sunday evening in the Isleworth and Twickenham areas and we would ask all residents in south west London to call police the moment they see him.

If you have any information which may help trace Herbert please call Police on 0300 123 121(quote reference - 10MIS04952).
