Shall We Have 20mph Banners?

Would you like banners advertising the new speed restrictions?

Last year Hounslow consulted on introducing 20mph speed limit across the borough. The Single Member Decision has since decided to proceed with the introduction of 20mph speed limits across residential streets in the borough.

In preparation for this Transport are considering introducing lamp column banners to raise the visibility of the 20mph on residential streets.  

The picture above shows an example of these in another borough.
