Detectives are appealing for information about a stabbing that took place in Brentford last night (Thursday 22 May).

Police were called to a report of a man having been stabbed on Windmill Road, Brentford at approximately 10pm last night. When they arrived, paramedics were treating a 30-year-old man for multiple stab wounds to his body. He was taken to a central London hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He remains at the hospital in a stable condition.

The victim was walking along Carlyle Road towards Windmill Road when he was approached by three men. The men tried to take his bag and jacket, then chased him down the road. He was then stabbed several times with an unknown weapon before the suspects made off down Whitestile Road.

The suspects are all described as black and aged from 15 to their twenties. One is described as wearing a grey hooded top and another as wearing a red jumper. No arrests have been made at this stage.
