St George's Day will be celebrated in Brentford this year with lots of fun to include music, entertainment, food, drinks, local history exhibits, stalls selling art and crafts, books etc etc and is being organised through the Brentford High Street Steering Group with a grant that will hopefully be given by Hounslow Council for some of the costs.

The event, which includes the theme 'What England Means to Me' will start at 3.00pm on Friday 23 April around the Market Place, High Street and Lion Way. The programme will start with some family fun followed by entertainment for the grown ups later on and finishing probably around 9.00pm.

We are looking for any individuals or local groups who might like to take part and join in the fun. A performance, exhibition, stall or simply just a presence. For more details please contact Julia Quilliam on 020 8847 0332 or via julia@quilliam-property.co.uk.
