Janet Sutton, a local lady and member of Bridge Church Brentford, is working as a volunteer for a church-based organisation in Mityana, Uganda. Janet returns to Mityana on 10th of July, but before she goes, we have arranged an evening of fun, entertainment and information on Friday 8th July at the Free Church on Boston Manor Road so that Janet can give an update about the ongoing work in Uganda. This is a valuable opportunity to hear first
hand from someone who is helping turn words and money into action.

Janet is a volunteer with the Rural Education Development and Child Welfare Scheme (REDCWS) which is Ugandan based and registered as a Non- Government Organisation (NGO). The scheme was founded in Jan 1999 by Pastor Makumbi of Mityana Miracle Centre Church, and aims to respond to the increasing number of orphans and vulnerable children whose parents have died of the HIV/AIDS virus &
other killer diseases, and are dealing with the effects of poverty and the lack of education or a sustainable lifestyle.

Tickets available from: Patricia O’Sullivan, Bridge Church Office Tel: 020 8569 8333 Email: enquiries@bridgechurch.org.uk. The event starts at 6.30pm.
