Starting and Developing Your Own Business
New set of Workshops for Hounslow Residents thinking of starting up
Hounslow for Business is pleased to announce the launch of a new business start up programme funded by Hounslow Council's Community Partnerships Unit. The service is aimed at Hounslow Borough residents who want to start their own business. Hounslow for Business will run free workshops each month and there is also the option to receive free one to one sessions with an experienced business advisor. If you know someone who might be interested in this programme or know of an organisation that works with people who are considering self-employment then please help them by referring them to this programme.
Are you thinking of starting a business? We offer a range of services to all Hounslow Borough based residents through our workshops and on a one-to one basis. Hounslow for Business (HfB) runs free workshops each month for residents who are thinking about setting up their own business.
The workshops (see below for dates) “Starting and Developing your own Business” cover the basics of set-up (should I be a sole trader or limited company?), VAT, finance and marketing. Once you have attended a workshop you may also qualify for one to one sessions with a business advisor who will help you fine tune your business plan.
Make the time to get professional advice – HfB has a specialist team of experienced start up business advisors with a successful history of getting people started and helping them to develop and grow their business.
