Due to an England International, there are no Premier League or Championship games on Saturday 4th September

Brentford are also not playing on this Saturday, as our home game against Sheffield Wednesday has been put back to Sunday 5th September (12noon kick off)

This provides an excellent opportunity for fans to support their local non league clubs, in action on Non League Day.

Some quick research has revealed the following fixtures, concerning sides local to the Bees.

Hayes and Yeading, who feature former Bees Josh Lennie and Lewis Ferrell are at home to Histon, with ex-Bee Lanre Oyebanjo, in a Conference fixture

Maidenhead United (with ex-Bees youngsters Lewis Ochoa and Tom Baddeley) welcome Sam Wood's former club, Bromley in the Blue Square South. Maidenhead United will be happy to welcome all Brentford fans to their game on Saturday September 4th.  They will get half price entry (Adults £5, Concessions £3, Under 18s £1) if they can produce at the turnstile either a season ticket or a used ticket stub for the current season.

Wealdstone, with prolific former Bee Scott Fitzgerald up front, entertain Bury Town, in the Ryman Premier League. The Stones are offering any Club Season Ticket Holders, entry for just £5.

BIAS has written to Hayes and Yeading and Maidenhead, asking for the same deal for Bees season ticket holders.

Also in the Ryman Premier League, Hendon are at home to Carshalton.

In the Zameretto Central and South Division, AFC Hayes host Rugby Town while Uxbridge are at home to Arlesey Town.

For those that like to travel, conference side AFC Wimbledon travel to Kettering. Fellow Conferencers Staines go to Ebbsfleet.

Hampton make the long journey to Lewes, whilst Woking will shoot round the M25 to face St Albans City (both in the Blue Square South).
