Bellway Homes’ new development, Kew Reach in the centre of Brentford is proving to be popular with local buyers as reservations have already been taken off plan.

Kew Reach is a collection of 46 one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses over six storeys, presenting buyers with a modern specification home with private outdoor space, secure underground parking, access to landscaped communal gardens and views towards the garden square, River Thames and on to Kew.

Zoe Dobbs, Sales Manager at Bellway North London comments:  “We’ve seen a large number of off plan reservations in anticipation of the launch of the show apartment on 8th February.  The majority of reservations have come from the local area, from first time buyers to young professionals, which is unsurprising as the location is great for those looking for easy transport links into the capital.”

“Potential purchasers who are interested in reserving off plan before the launch are advised to get in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out.”

The apartments at Kew Reach are set in two adjoining blocks, the Riverside apartments and the Garden Square apartments, around a communal garden area.  All the apartments at Kew Reach feature a spacious open plan kitchen and living/dining area with doors to the balcony in the larger apartments. Penthouses also enjoy a large terrace.

In the two and three bedroom homes, the master bedrooms benefit from an en-suite and fitted wardrobes and the second bedrooms in the penthouses also have an en-suite.

There is car parking available with selected apartments, and bicycle parking in the gated underground parking area, from where there is lift access to all floors.  An audio visual door entry system provides additional security.

The apartments are conveniently close to the A4 and M4, whilst both Kew Bridge and Brentford train stations, with services to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo are equidistant from Kew Reach, less than 15 minutes’ walk away.  Northfields and Boston Manor tube stations (Piccadilly Line) are also within walking of the development and provide onward services to the city in less than 30 minutes. For travel further a field; Heathrow Airport is a located just 7 miles from home.
