On Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th February, Dock Road will be closed in both directions to all vehicles, to facilitate construction traffic associated with the erection of a tower crane. The crane will be used to construct a concrete frame for a car park, and will be in place for approximately six months.

Access for emergency vehicles to Brentford Dock and the Thames Lock will be maintained via Augustus Close and Otho Crescent. Pedestrian access along Dock Road will be maintained at all times. The road will be open again to all vehicles on Monday 18th February.

The Brentford Waterside project will ultimately deliver 876 new homes, around 14,000 sq m of new retail, 4,000 sq m commercial space, and new public realm including an extended Thames path. An information centre will open on site from late April.
