Police are investigating and alleged road rage incident which took place in Brentford on the afternoon of Sunday 12 May.

In footage posted on YouTube under the account Mr Short Rider, a motorcyclist has used a helmet mounted camera to film a many being carried for about 100 yards on the bonnet of a car on the Great West Road near the junction with Gillette Corner.

The motorcyclist who was travelling in the opposite direction turned around to follow the Mercedes car and eventually caught up with the driver who is seen weaving through traffic travelling towards Chiswick. The driver swore at the motorcyclist and said that the man had been blocking the road.

Police say that the victim who is in his thirties had been carried along the A4 for a few hundred yards and was taken to hospital for treatment but later discharged.

The driver of the Mercedes is still being sought.
